I’m interested in the connection between diet, digestion, and mental well-being, and working with digestive issues is the main focus of my practice.
Aside from my training as a clinical herbalist, my healing practice is inspired by my studies in mindfulness and meditation. I believe that cultivating awareness of our bodies and minds has the power to deepen our connection to our unique path to wellness.
Treatment will seek to address root causes using modern biomedical understanding as well as traditional knowledge and constitutional assessment. It will encompass botanical medicines, lifestyle recommendations, and simple dietary advice, striving to empower you to take charge of your health in simple, practical, and effective ways.
